Informal opinion results

SidePick results are voluntary, informal snapshots of participating site visitors. They are not scientific polls, election forecasts, or claims about the broader public.

Fair participation

Do not automate votes, evade rate limits, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misrepresent SidePick results. We may exclude suspicious activity or restrict access to protect the platform.

Community discussions

Do not post threats, harassment, hate, spam, unlawful material, links, or another person's private information. Do not abuse the reporting system. SidePick may automatically reject or hide content and may preserve reports for safety and moderation. Generated names do not make unlawful conduct permissible.

Independent platform

SidePick is not affiliated with or endorsed by any person, candidate, campaign, political party, government agency, company, charity, or organization referenced in a debate. Debate inclusion does not imply endorsement or opposition.

Optional creator support

Payments support the independent creator and may fund hosting, research, maintenance, and development. They do not buy votes, increase a side's total, influence results, support a debate subject, or constitute political or charitable donations. Unless required by law, completed voluntary support payments are generally non-refundable.

Availability and changes

We may revise questions, remove content, exclude suspicious votes, change features, or discontinue the service. The platform is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
